Thanks for Buying Tickets

Thanks for buying tickets for our event, You will receive an email soon with your ticket details. It’s not a completely automatic process so the email won’t come immediately.

NB If you do not receive your ticket email, especially if you buy your tickets on the day of the event, bring your Paypal confirmation email with you. We will only need so see it if there is a hiccup and your name is not on the door list.

Please complete the form below that will give us an alternative way to contact you, by text message if it appears you have not seen our ticket email (the mailing system notifies us of that).

Also there’s a box to tick if you would like to be added to our email list for occasional messages about our events in the Sheffield area.

Note: We use our own system for tickets, with Paypal payments. This costs less money, which is especially useful when we are running charity events, and it means you don’t need to deal with one of those grasping ticketing companies. It means that there is some manual admin before we can send out your ticket email. On the other hand, if there is a problem before the event or on the night, you can deal with a real person (Usually Chris, Karen or Isobel)
