The Giddy Aunts + Oranjabanj + Gloria Monday

Sally Blyth and Jane Foggin are both aunts. Last time we saw Jane at the Grand Ol’ Bowling Club was with The Outlaw Sisters performing brilliant old time harmonies. Sadly the Outlaws are behind bars but Jane is back with a new partner. Sally has a deep and wide understanding of music, several clarinets that she never expected and once took part in the Belgian heats of the Eurovision Somg Contest.

Expect many instruments and magnificent two-part singing, Chris saw their debut at Crookes Folk Club last year and there was no doubt in his mind that we had to have them playing for us as soon as possible.

And we welcome back Oranjabanj with their very personal and immediate songs, pointful, and charming in equal part. A double treat in store.
